  • Melted butter (3 tbsp)
  • Salt (0.75 tsp)
  • 2-pound boneless, skinless turkey breast (1 in no.)
  • Fresh-ground black pepper (¼ tsp)

Directions:

  • Start the process by heating the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  • Prepare the seasoning for turkey by combining bread crumbs, sage, parsley, a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Add room temperature butter and combine them all with a fork. 
  • Take the turkey breast and sprinkle it with half a teaspoon of salt and pepper on both sides.
